Chris Phelan is a valuable multi-disciplinary asset to TACTIX' clients, through his roles as consultant and research director for the firm.

Chris joined TACTIX in 2004 upon completing graduate studies in the United States. He is an integral member of consultant teams dealing with copyright, energy, environmental, information technology, telecommunications, and financial services clients. In addition to his direct responsibilities for client files, Chris leads TACTIX' public policy research capability in support of all consultants and clients.

Chris is a graduate of Northeastern University in Boston where he earned an M.A. (Political Science) and the University of King's College, Dalhousie University in Halifax where he was awarded a combined Honours B.A. (Political Science and History). An Ottawa native, Chris has lived in France, South Korea, the United States and on both coasts of Canada.
